About Us

Why First Call Security?

First Call Security is an Australian family owned business with the drive to provide our Clients with value for money and exceptional service. We have supplied our loyal Clients for over 15 years. In that time we have built a vast knowledge based of all types of Security, Access Control and CCTV installations and their individual requirements.

First Call Security's qualified and experienced staff will work with you to determine your security needs and can design and install a system to meet your requirements. However, our service doesn't end after installation. A major element in any security system lies in the ongoing customer service and maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the Australian Standards.

Our clients include residential, VIP, small, medium and large national retail, commercial, warehousing and distribution centres. All these sites have their own particular requirements which we have successfully managed over the years.
