Intruder Detection

At First Call Security, our goal is to provide you with the security system that best suits your situation. We provide personalised design and installation of all of the systems we install.

We supply, install, commission, service and upgrade Tecom Challenger, Concept 1000, Concept 2000, Concept 3000, Concept 4000 Alarm and Access Control Equipment.

The systems will operate efficiently, be as easy to operate and do the job you need them to do.

Hold up and Duress Buttons

If you operate a business and handle cash, trade late at night or in difficult locations you will inevitably going to need a Duress Button. This could assist with your OH&S requirements or provide timely response to a Man Down Situation. Remember recent changes to Police Requirements mean that must install a dual button type or face a fine.

Equipment Monitoring

Many of our clients have critical equipment that requires constant monitoring. Refrigeration, water levels, temperature levels, pump operation to name a few. We monitor these and call keyholders when the temperature is not correct or equipment has been operated or doesn't work when it should.

Example:

One of our clients had the situation of a fire pump being operated. It was left running without water circulating over the weekend. Ultimately it burnt the pump out resulting in a repair bill of $2500.

Solution:

First Call Security installed a simple alarm panel and interfaced it to the pump control panel. When the pump operated, the alarm panel dialled our Back to Base Monitoring Station and alerted staff of the situation.
Interface with CCTV Systems

The Access Control, Intruder Detection and CCTV Systems can be linked to provide facilities such as the automation of Pan Tilt Zoom Cameras. The cameras can be programmed to turn and view a location such as a door when triggered. This could be someone attempting to enter your building for instance. Alarm Control Panels such as Tecom Challenger or Concept 4000 allow for this level of integration easily.
