The advent of digital video recorders has revolutionised the way images are viewed, displayed and replayed.

Digital Video Recorders (DVR) allow normally up to 16 cameras to be recorded onto a computer hard drive. The images are then treated as a computer file. The images can be viewed on the DVR or if it is networked, can be viewed on other computers. This means that the recorder could be located in another state if you have the right infrastructure.

We currently have a number of our corporate clients who have WAN facilities with remote access to their Interstate located Digital Video Recorders.

An IP CCTV System offers higher quality, greater flexibility and easy retreival of recorded images.  With the cost of IP Systems now in the competitive range, an IP System is very cost effective.  It is now a cost effective alternative to install an IP System with just a few cameras to larger systems with hundreds of cameras.
